As you may be aware, Apple has released macOS Big Sur.
- EndNote 20 is in the final testing stage under Big Sur. So far, no issues have surfaced.
- EndNote X9 was not designed for Big Sur. Endnote X9 is in the testing process, and the Compatibility page will be updated once the testing is complete.
If you run into an issue with EndNote X9 and Big Sur, please create a support ticket.
