Most often this occurs because your spw32.opt file is missing or damaged.
Please overwrite the spw32.opt file in the profile/documents/sigmaplot/spw14 folder, with the one found in your SigmaPlot program directory (c:programs x86/sigmaplot/spw14).
The default SigmaPlot user profile folder (with your personal SigmaPlot user files) is located in your Documents/SigmaPlot/SPW14 folder. If you cannot find this folder check your SigmaPlot options settings: SigmaPlot: SigmaPlot button (top-left) > Options > [General]. The path to your SigmaPlot user folder is located in the Template, Layout and Gallery fields.
If there is no spw32.opt file in your SigmaPlot program folder. The spw32.opt file is created when you run a statistics function. Please run one of the statistics functions, i.e. open the statistics samples notebook from Help > SigmaPlot Samples > Statistics, open a worksheet, and then run one of the appropriate SigmaStat functions.
You can also try renaming your SigmaPlot user folder (documents/sigmaplot/spw14) from SPW14 to ORG-SPW14, and then restart SigmaPlot. SigmaPlot will not find the user folder and automatically create a new with all appropriate files.
