We would like to inform you of an upcoming change to the ChemDraw licensing model.
As previously announced, Revvity Signals is discontinuing perpetual licenses for ChemDraw. In line with this change, perpetual maintenance renewals for all ChemDraw products will also be discontinued effective July 1, 2026.
After this date, customers with active perpetual maintenance plans will transition to a subscription license when their maintenance agreement is due for renewal.
We recognise that licensing changes require planning and careful consideration. This transition will provide a more consistent approach to delivering product updates, new features, and customer support through a subscription model.
Important!
Customers affected by this change will continue to use the same ChemDraw products and retain access to the latest releases through their subscription. There will be no loss of functionality and no interruption to existing workflows.
