AI Assistant is a generative artificial intelligent tool that is embedded within NVivo 15 to enhance your data analysis. AI Assistant is a web service. It is only accessible while the user is logged in with their myLumivero profile.
- The AI assistant option will be greyed out when you are logged out of NVivo.
- Before utilizing the benefits of the AI assistant, in each new session, you will be prompted to read and accept the Terms of Use.
The AI Assistant cannot be disabled while the user is logged into MyNVivo in the software.
Note: the AI Assistant will be unavailable to users who have used a license key to activate NVivo 15, instead of having a seat assigned to their myLumivero profile vie the myLumivero portal.
Please note:
Lumivero has an Enterprise Agreement with OpenAi which explicitly states that no data uploaded from NVivo will be used for training purposes. In addition, as part of the zero data retention policy, any data that is uploaded will be immediately deleted from Open.ai servers once it completes the requested operation.
