On 25thMay 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) replaces the existing 1995 EU Data Protection Directive (European Directive 95/46/EC). The GDPR will impact the way companies process EU personal data, including Clarivate Analytics (Clarivate) and its customers.
Clarivate is committed to taking the steps necessary to be in compliance with the GDPR. Over the last year, we have implemented a GDPR Readiness Programme to ensure adherence with this new regulation and support our customers’ own GDPR compliance.
