If you did not receive the campus license activation email or saw it too late, you can request the confirmation email yourself.
- To do this, log into your account, at https://www.citavi.com/login, entering your registered email address and password. DO NOT click on the button labeled "Continue with University".
- If the Citavi Web startup window is now displayed, with your recently used projects and messages, click the button with the three horizontal dots, and then also Citavi Account:
- Now click on "Licenses" on the left, and then on "Assigned to me".
- In the middle column you will see an entry with red writing "Please confirm membership". Select this.
- Follow the instructions on the right to confirm the membership.
