Resolved: Big Sur compatibility issue for Mac devices (excluding those with M1 chip).
I’ve downloaded macOS Big Sur and now NVivo Mac isn’t allowing me to import, export and/or print
If you’re using an Apple Macbook Pro or Macbook Air that does not contain an M1 chip, you can follow the instructions provided in the link below to overcome this issue:

Once the changes have been made as per the link above, please re-open NVivo and try to import/export again.
If the issue persists or you are experiencing another issue after updating Big Sur, please submit a support request.

I’ve recently purchased a new Macbook and NVivo Mac won’t activate OR NVivo Mac crashes as soon as it is opened
You are likely to be using the latest version of Macbook Pro or Macbook Air that contains an M1 chip, we will be releasing an NVivo update by the end of January 2021 (at the very latest) to rectify this issue.
