Due to an upgrade on the Revvity (PerkinElmer) Download Center (portal) in September 2021, all users are required to "Sign Up", and then subsequently "Login". Use the following directions for access:
- Login using this direct link: perkinelmerinformatics.flexnetoperations.com/.
- Click on "Sign Up".
- Create your password. (Record your password.)
- Login with the password created.
- Your page will open the "List Entitlements" display, where you can find the activation code associated with your Entitlement ID (or Order Number). If you see more than one item in the list, you can sort on the "Start Date" column by clicking on the column header or any other column header needed. Also, if you wish to narrow your search for information even further, you can select the grey drop-down list tools in the upper right-hand of the listing to build a search.
- To the right of the Product_Activation column, you will find a link to the associated download.
- If you have multiple entitlements/orders for various Revvity (PerkinElmer) Informatics product lines, you may find the "List Downloads" helpful to narrow your search (far left of the page).

If you are an academic or site license user, please look for the Academic or Site Subscription Activation code.
