Some users have reported issues using Internet Explorer when activating or assigning licenses. If you encounter problems with your myNVivoportal or activation, please try with another web browser (like Google Chrome or Firefox).
To activate your new NVivo 1.0 (released March 2020), you don´t need a license key anymore but can activate the license using a myNVivo account in the myNvivo portal
After you have purchased NVivo or a license was assigned to you by your administrator, you will receive an email from QSR with the subject "Welcome to NVivo"
- sign in to the myNVivo portal (you have to use the same email address as used in the "Welcome" email/that you used during purchase)
